• Specifically for water treatment industries for accomplishing dispersion of coagulant aid in waste water or raw water medium (Ortho-kinetic flocculation).
• Paddle or gate impeller operating in slow speed with tip speed restricted to 0.6m/s and paddle area ranging from 10 to 15% of flocculator plan area.
• Flow rate, Retention time and velocity gradient are the parameters for design.
• Material of construction, Impeller and gearbox are selected based on tank dimensions and service conditions.
